Abacus Sportswear

Foresight Sports

Located in San Diego, California, Foresight Sports is a leading manufacturer of professional-grade launch monitors. Foresight released the GC2 in 2010 and within six years became the best-selling professional-grade launch monitor.

Full Swing

Full Swing was founded in 1986 and is the largest US-based producer of multi-sport simulators.

The first Full Swing simulator was sold in June 1991 and is still in use today in Minnetonka, Minnesota.

Full Swing products are know for patented dual-tracking technology, and combining high-speed cameras with infrared light wave technology to provide extremely accurate swing data and real-time ball feedback.

Full Swing Golf has a history of working with high-profile clients, including professional golfers such as Tiger Woods, Jordan Spieth, and Jason Day, who have endorsed the company’s products. The company has also partnered with several major golf organizations, including the PGA Tour and the Golf Channel.

Galvin Green

Tomas Nilsson founded Galvin Green in 1990 when golf waterproofs were heavy and unwieldy. They came with just a few uninspiring colors that didn’t always keep the rain out – but now they’re different!

The first GORE-TEX® jackets came in 2008 and they introduced four-way stretch fabrics in 2011.

Galvin Green became an Official Supplier of rain gear to the European Ryder Cup teams in 2016 and 2018. More recently, the EDGE range was released in 2018 with bold military and camo themes combining performance with contemporary fashion.

Galvin Green is constantly working on improving its materials and production methods. In 2021 Galvin Green was recognized for our hard work and won the “Sustainability in Sport” award at the Sports Technology award.

G/FORE

GFORE Golf Bag Reviews

G/FORE was founded in 2011 by Mossimo Giannulli. The brand initially started with a line of premium leather golf gloves. After success, the company moved into shoes, bags, clothing, and accessories. The company continued to grow and then collaborated with Peter Millar to design a line of golf shoes that gained attention at the 2017 PGA Merchandise Show.

Soon after, in 2018, Peter Millar acquired G/FORE and now owns the brand exclusively. G/FORE’s stated goal is to disrupt the industry while still honoring the sport and its rich traditions.

Kjus

MacKenzie was formed after PGA Pro Peter Jacobsen and his brother David took a golfing trip to Scotland and brought their oversized bags. The caddied assigned to take on both of the bags ended up emptying everything out and put only the essentials into a single leather pencil bag.

Upon return to the USA, they decided to have a local leather craftsman make a bag inspired by the one used on their trip.

STITCH Golf was founded in 2012 in Apex, NC. The brand initially started with a line of premium leather headcovers inspired by a 1958 Porsche Racer. After success, the company moved into bags, apparel, and accessories.

The first major order received by the company was from a well-known company located in Augusta, GA. In addition, the company gets inspiration from a golf club located in the Hamptons (known as The Bridge) due to its modern and futuristic feel.

Their products have a mix of modern yet vintage design elements and you will see their products in over 500 country clubs throughout the USA and in PGA player’s bags.

Sun Mountain

In 1981 Rick Reimers started Sun Mountain in San Jose, CA. In 1986 they created the first lightweight golf bag with stand legs. In 1990 they introduced waterproof and breathable jackets. Within golf outerwear, Sun Mountain redefined golf-specific performance first with the windshirt, then fleece, and again with its four-way stretch, waterproof, and breathable rainwear.

They provided rain gear won by the victorious 2011 USA Presidents Cup team.

Vessel Golf

Vessel was formed in 2012, when Ronnie Shaw (the founder) saw an opportunity to create custom, one-of-a-kind golf bags and accessories for tour athletes. Fast forward to now and they are making golf bags for more than 100 tour players in addition to other products in the lifestyle/travel space.

Vessel even made a tour bag for none other than Tiger Woods.

They are known for crafting high-quality performance luxury handbags, backpacks, travel gear, and golf bags. In addition, they have backpack program in place since day one where they give a school backpack to a child in need for every backpack sold.

The company is based in Carlsbad, California.

Zero Restriction

In 1991, Zero Restriction was founded in Pennsylvania with an emphasis on making waterproof apparel for golfers that didn’t restrict their movement. They guaranteed their products to be waterproof for life which was a big deal because they didn’t restrict the golf swing at all. In 2007 Summit Golf Brands acquired Zero Restriction.

Since 2015, Zero Restriction has been the Official Outwear Sponsor for Team USA at the Solheim Cup. In 2019, Captain Tiger Woods selected them to be the Preferred Outerwear Provider at the Presidents Cup at Royal Melbourne.
